Advanced

You scored 93% Beginner, 93% Intermediate, 100% Advanced, and 55% Expert!
You have an extremely good understanding of beginner, intermediate, and advanced level commonly confused English words, getting at least 75% of each of these three levels' questions correct. This is an exceptional score. Remember, these are commonly confused English words, which means most people don't use them properly. You got an extremely respectable score.
The Commonly Confused Words Test

I'm sort of surprised by the results. I tend to view myself as having the grammar (and spelling) skills of a baby monkey, and even though I know that that's just because it was grilled into me back when I really was that bad (which is the whole reason I forced myself to get better) I'd still have expected most of the score to be lower. How the hell did I get 100% on the Advanced then drop almost 50% at the expert level?

I half suspect that the part where they show your percentage compared to other members of your age group is just shows 100% no matter what to make you feel good about yourself. If my 55% is really better then 100% of the other people my age who took the test then I was obviously much more optimistic about the combined intelligence level of my high school graduating class then I thought I was.

The other day I had a fic idea that I liked a lot. It was just going to end up being a quick oneshot, but I thought it would be nice to write. However, since I have so many other fics that I need to work on and the idea wasn't screaming to be written straight away I decided to put it away until I'd at least put out the next chapter of one of my outstanding (word used in the debt owed sense rather then the excellent sense, in case any of y'all were thinking I was being egotistical) WIPs.

I'm sure you can see where this is going.

Yup, I just realised that I can't remember a damned thing about the plot other then the characters that were going to be involved.

On an unrelated note... daylight savings time hasn't started (ended? whichever happens in the spring) without me noticing, has it? I can see a school bus at the end of the road, but when I was in high school it didn't start until 7:40 A.M. and it was the earliest, and I only live a fifteen minute walk away from the school, so that bus shouldn't be down there for an hour at least unless school hours have changed sometime in the past few years.
