"I'm trying to get it dry enough to fill, but it's bleeding like a geyser!"
(No, they never did get it to stop, they just finally pumped it full of medicine and popped a temporary filling on top. I'm still numb as hell since they needed to give me a ton of anesthetic, which is a good thing since I had to keep my mouth stretched open for an hour and a half and that'd be enough to make my jaw sore even if there hadn't been a bunch of drilling going on in there.)
