person4My god, did my dog ever just scare the crap out of me.
I haven't bothered putting in my contacts yet today, and without them I'm very much functionally blind. So, I just wandered downstairs to make myself a cup of tea and I let my dog keep napping on my bed when I went then prompt forgot that she was still there while waiting for the tea to brew. When I came back up and opened the door she sat up to look at me, and for a second to my crummy eyes it looked for all the world like there was some strange person crouching on the bed staring up at me.
Luckily it was only for a second, so I didn't try throwing hot tea in my poor dog's face or anything.
