Just a kitty note, Sasha has been much more affectionate ever since getting used to her hair cut. I have no idea why this is; part of the reason that she got so matted to begin with is that she's so timid that she was considered unadoptable and would always run like hell if you approched unless she was eating or in her "safe chair". Now she's suddenly curling up beside (or on) me, purring her head off, if I'm sitting down, stands up on her hindlegs and rubs her head against my hand if I'm walking around, and runs up as random times wanting to play. It's like she's a whole different kitty.

Clearly there was a demon possessing her through her hair, and now that the mats are gone she's free from it's curse and able to act of her own accord.
