Jun. 24th, 2004 12:26 amI made this soup for dinner, and it is delicious. I added chicken and cream to the recipe, and didn't use roux. Oh, and I didn't bother reducing the tomato juice (I started making it late, and didn't want to wait the extra twenty-five minutes that would take). The servings were a little smaller then I'd like, but it's easy to scale them up. Very very yummy, I highly recommend it.
