Jul. 29th, 2004 06:52 amThere's a half hour yoga show on every morning that I keep noticing in the TV guide, but always forget about when it's actually on.
Well, this morning I actually remembered.
My legs aren't noticably feeling anything from doing it, which isn't really surprising since I walk and bike a lot, which keeps them in good shape.
I can feel it in my arms, but just as a pleasantly warm tingly feeling. That's a little surprising, since I was just thinking the other day about how they've really gone to pot since I graduated high school a few year ago and stopped swimming so I'd think I'd notice the effects of actually exercising them a little more.
But the part of me I really feel it in? My stomach. It is just as pleasant a feeling as the tingly arms in a different way; it's nice to feel the results of halfway decent workout again, although I feel it to a much greater extent then my brain thinks it should be from that workout since it expects me to be in the same shape I used to be in.
Of course, in retrospect, doing the parts that really stretched my stomach muscles after being sick to it all week probably wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done. *does her best imitation of a cartoon vomity face*
