yuletide Rare Fandoms challenge around this time of year. I think it's a really great fic exchange; I think I've only ever read one or two fics in the whole archive that aren't good so you're pretty much guaranteed to get a good fic Christmas morning, and in one of those fandoms where you've always wanted to find fic but have only ever scrounged up one or two.
But this year, just so you all know, you're not allowed to sign up unless you've either been part of it before, or if you've written a New Year's Resolution story. So, if you have any interest in being part of the exchange this year, you need to look down the list for something you can write and put out a story with at least a thousand words before the 31st, when the resolutions will be shut down and signups for this year will begin.
